herein after referred to as NMS understands the importance of protecting
your privacy. It is our policy to keep sensitive information confidential and
such information used to offer or supply, consulting,
leasing/renting,
product(s) and/or service(s) along with continued efforts

services for your benefit.

Information pertaining to a specific person that is found in public directories,
telephone books and/or deemed accessible about that person to general
public, would not be considered by NMS to be personal information.
Purpose for Personal

NMS is an information technology company seeking to serve potential
clients and clients past or present with products/services and who may
wish to obtain information for their benefit. In order to provide this service,
we may require personal information that will authorize/allow us to provide
such service(s). To be of further service we may also request such information
through surveys in order to in improve product(s), service, and overall performance
for the benefit of the client. Personal information maybe needed to provide
financing, sending of invoices, collection, delivery of product(s) and
service(s)
the overall servicing of equipment/software, and training and as herein stated.
You may wish to provide personal information like name, address, email
address, P.O. Box number, credit card number, banking information etc. for
us to process an order, purchase, evaluate information, register a
product,
and receive information, up date information and correct information. By
providing your personal information, consent given allows NMS to better
serve you with services, products, and relevant information, identify client
needs, and represent the client in accordance with the laws of the land.
Collection of Information
Personal information once obtained or has been obtained prior to the
actual supplying product(s) and/or service(s) as herein mentioned can
be received electronically, via email, postal service, fax, verbally,
appropriate forms, authorized person(s) and only by lawful and reasonable
means. We may require voided cheque, business contact information,
bank account information, G.S.T., P.S.T. information, driver license,
spousal information, passwords, and so on. An individual may withdraw
permission to provide personal information at any time subject to legal
and contractual restrictions and reasonable written notice. Also having
received a letter of reference or recommendation from you gives permission
to allow others to view your comments.
Submitting of Information
By submitting this information you are allowing NMS to disclose your
information to third party companies where necessary (i.e. credit bureau,
financial institution, government, collection agency, law firms, company
merger, sale of company, bylaw or ethical reason to do so) to confirm
legitimacy and financial status. By completing such forms/agreements
and providing personal information, you agree that NMS may collect, use,
store, maintain, transfer, and delete your personal information along with
third party personal information provided to NMS in accordance with our
Privacy Policy55 now and in the future. NMS does not knowingly disclose
personal information to any third party to assist them in marketing their
products and services.
Security - Safe Guards
NMS has taken every reasonable measure to
ensure personal information
remains confidential with our employees and/or our contractors who are bound
by agreement to keep personal information confidential. We only impart
information
needed to provide the service. Files are locked, the use of passwords where necessary,
secure office, restricted files and
authorized personal. Email messages are normally not
secure but can be
encrypted at an extra cost to the client, if so desired by the client.
The client has the
right to recommend a more secure method of transferring, storing/achieving
but this
maybe at the client’s expense.
Employees, Contractors,
Contract Personnel
Personal information maybe required to allow the hiring of such people and
engaging services of others (contractors, contract personnel). Social insurance
number, martial status, family information, and information herein stated
and so on would allow services rendered. Disclosure of such information
maybe necessary to protect the safety of those individuals, conform to the
edicts of the law and protect the rights and property of NMS.
Updating, Changes to Privacy
Policy
NMS continues to keep policies and procedures relevant and up to date.
therefore, we may make changes from time to time to our policy.
Access to Your Personal
Information
Access is not absolute and maybe denied, for example: if this person is subject
to a claim, anticipated legal proceedings, legal action being taken, to protect
our company’s rights and property, deemed to be unreasonable, unethical,
frivolous or vexatious. When access is given to detail records, an
administrative
cost maybe charged for supplying this information.
